Overview:
The MAP Coach Certification is a foundational 3-day experience that equips your team with the tools, science, and mindset to lead with impact. Rooted in the evidence-based MAGNUS Ovéa theory of human performance, this program certifies participants as internal MAP Coaches, ready to guide their peers using the MAGNUS MAP app and coaching tools.
Program Objectives:
Certify participants in the MAGNUS MAP model and mobile app
Empower leaders and wellness teams to coach using proven frameworks
Create a scalable, peer-based performance support system
Establish a strong foundation for advanced ICF coaching training
3-Day Program Structure:
Day 1 – Science & Self-Awareness
Explore The Theory MAGNUS Ovéa’s 11 Rings of Human Performance—covering mindset, motivation, emotional regulation, and self-efficacy.
Day 2 – Tools & Coaching Practice
Hands-on training with the MAGNUS MAP app, peer exercises, and habit-building science. Practice coaching scenarios in a safe, team-based setting.
Day 3 – Certification & Strategy
Wrap-up, certification, peer coaching rounds, and implementation planning for real-world impact.
