Sheriff Bob White (Ret.) is a distinguished leader with a proven record of driving strategic vision, operational efficiency, and financial performance. As the President of Lonestar Strategies LLC, he provides expert guidance and tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals and realize their visions.

White’s extensive career includes over a decade as the Sheriff of Pasco County, where he led  1,300 employees and oversaw an $85 million budget. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional skill in building high-performing teams, fostering key relationships, and delivering impactful results that advanced both community safety and organizational success.

Prior to serving as Sheriff, White held roles as a Special Agent Supervisor and Special Agent with the Florida Division of Alcohol & Tobacco, where he directed complex criminal and administrative investigations and served as an expert witness in court proceedings. His deep expertise in law enforcement, coupled with his business acumen, positions him as a trusted advisor in areas such as negotiation, regulatory compliance, operations management, business development, and financial oversight.

White holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Pasco-Hernando State College and pursued advanced studies in Criminal Justice at the University of South Florida. A certified Florida Criminal Justice professional, he remains active in industry associations to stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, White specializes in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. Now, as a private-sector strategist, he continues to deliver transformative solutions that drive measurable results.
