Dave Jones serves as the Chief of Police for an NCAA Division 1 State University. In this capacity he oversees all Police Operations and Emergency Management for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and its four campuses (Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marinette and Sheboygan).  Dave is a retired Special Agent with the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) who served in multiple leadership capacities to include Special Agent In Charge (SAIC), European Anti-Terrorism Specialty Team (E-AST) Superintendent, Field Investigative Squadron Superintendent and USAF Special Investigations Academy (Det 1) Superintendent. Dave additionally serves as a Wisconsin Department of Justice certified instructor (Constitutional Law, Fire Arms, etc.) and holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the American Military University. Dave is a published criminal justice author and serves as a guest speaker on the topics of Anti-Terrorism as well as Active Shooter response.
