The following “AVATARS” self-assessment is based on based on a scientific model of Dr. Michael Apter’s Reversal Theory which has shown that we think, act, and react according to the state of mind in which we find ourselves. This model offers a simple and complete reading grid of our “way of being” at a given moment as we plan to discuss in our workshop.
This assessment allows you to:
- Understand why and how you get motivated or stressed.
- Test your eight (8) motivational and emotional Avatars to establish a baseline for your resilience index and put in place recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize your motivations and emotions to be more efficient.
- Develop capacity for adaptability and resilience to deliver results.
