Leading With Style

Empowering People by Leading With Style ...

After attending this workshop participants frequently acknowledge that struggles with interpersonal relationships and difficultly connecting at work and at home can become a thing of the past.   Participants learn skill sets for increasing their social intellect while reaching deeper levels of cooperation.  Students will recognize their personal strengths and learn to acknowledge and understand the strengths of others.

Each of us hold natural tendencies toward time, tasks, people and situations.  Wouldn’t you like to know your strengths and limits within these dimensions?  How about understanding the strengths and boundaries of the people you interact with every day?   Revealing personal strengths can enhance relationships, increase team productivity, improve personal and group satisfaction.

During this seminar participants will receive a personalized 20-page Personal Style assessment.   The workshop is interactive and led by internationally certified facilitators.  This challenging one-day session is designed to transform how individuals view themselves and others through dynamic group exercises designed to unlock the potential in self and others.   Participants will learn how to identify their own psychology profile, and the psychological profile of others, all while strengthening one’s ability to influence and lead.
